The Conference will take place in a hybrid format, online and in Cyprus. As such, the event will have both digital and in-person elements.

Online Attendance

Online attendance is open and free to all, and online participants will have access to all public sessions of the Conference. There are no conference or other registration fees for Online Participants.

In-Person Attendance

Due to restrictions posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, places for in-person attendance to the Conference are limited. To ensure a fair and safe process for everyone involved, those interested in attending the Conference in – person, are asked to submit a request to do so, via the relevant registration form. The in-person component of the Conference will be hosted at the Aphrodite Hills Hotel.

While we hope to welcome as many participants to Cyprus as possible, due to the COVID situation priority for in-person space allocation will be given to applicants which state clear benefits from in-person attendance, and whose focus aligns with the aims and scope of the Conference. This might include representatives of organizations (Private, Public, International, or NGOs), institutions or governments with direct involvement and/or extensive experience in the shaping, implementation and/or reporting of policies aimed at climate change mitigation and adaptation. To support this process, applicants will be asked to clearly state their reasons for requesting to register for in-person attendance. Registration requests will be reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis, until all available spaces are filled.

Please note that all in-person attendees will be required to adhere to all Cyprus Government COVID-19 measures in effect at the time of the Conference, including holding a valid Safe Pass or Cyprus Flight Pass as applicable.

Registration Fees: In-person participation to the Conference is subject to a Registration Fee of €315. This fee will be payable only by delegates offered a place for in-person Conference participation. A relevant link with further instructions for registration of delegates that will be attending in-person in Cyprus will be shared upon receipt of confirmation that they have been allocated a space.
