Due to restrictions posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, places for in-person attendance to the Conference are strictly limited. To ensure a fair and safe process for everyone involved, those interested in attending the Conference in – person, are asked to submit a request to do so, via this registration form.
Registration deadline for expressions of interest for in-person participation to the Conference is the 10th of September 2021. You will be informed by the 17th of September 2021 if your registration for in-person attendance has been accepted.
While we hope to welcome as many participants to Cyprus as possible, due to the COVID situation priority for in-person space allocation will be given to applicants which state clear benefits from in-person attendance, and whose focus aligns with the aims and scope of the Conference. Registration requests will be reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis, until all available spaces are filled. This might include representatives of organizations (Private, Public, International, or NGOs), institutions or governments with direct involvement and/or extensive experience in the shaping, implementation and/or reporting of policies aimed at climate change mitigation and adaptation. To support this process, applicants will be asked to clearly state their reasons for requesting to register for in-person attendance.
Please note that all in-person attendees will be required to adhere to all Cyprus Government COVID-19 measures in effect at the time of the Conference, including holding a valid Safe Pass or Cyprus Flight Pass as applicable.
Registration Fees:In-person participation to the Conference is subject to a Registration Fee of €315. This fee will be payable only by delegates offered a place for in-person Conference participation. A relevant link with further instructions for registration of delegates that will be attending in-person in Cyprus will be shared upon receipt of confirmation that they have been allocated a space. Registration Fee waivers may be granted due to special circumstances. Such requests will be examined on a case-by-case basis.
